When someone visits 17hallgarth.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone.We do not make, and do not allow Google to make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our site. 

Google My Business

This provides a way for prospective guests to find accommodation by searching by location , category or name. We are able to see numbers of views and actions including website clicks and telephone calls to our business. The information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make and do not allow Google to attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our listing.

Booking Data

We use a booking system called Freetobook to enable guests to book with us directly via our website. This system is fully secure and data compliant. When you book data provided by the guest is stored securely within the Freetobook system within the website. Data will not be shared with any other individual or company and will only be used for the purpose of booking and communicating with a guest with regard to their booking.  

Payment Data

We use a company called Stripe to process debit and credit card transactions on bookings made via our website. Stripe is integrated within our booking system Freetobook and is a fully secure and data compliant merchant payment system.  All sensitive card details are held within their secure system and not within the website itself or by the owner of the website who has no access to these details.
