At 17 Hallgarth we want our guests to enjoy their stay. We take pride in the accommodation offered and we work hard to ensure that our cottage meets all the required safety legislation and provides a comfortable retreat for all. We hope our guests will respect the cottage and for this reason we do need to have some rules. Our full terms and conditions appear on this page and we do strongly suggest that all guests read them. When a booking is confirmed the person whose name appears on the booking form or confirmation is confirming that all guests will agree to the following

If a booking is made less than six weeks before the start of the holiday then full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to pay the balance of the rental charges by the due day will result in the owner treating the cottage as available for re booking. The deposit (if applicable) will not be returned.

4. To notify any cancellation in writing as soon as possible. If the accommodation is re-let at the full rate, a refund will be made of the full amount paid, subject to a £50 administration fee.
